Shipping Policy
Once you place an order we will send a confirmation email to you. We have 1 to 3 working days of handling time before our products are shipped out. Once shipped, we will send you a follow up email with a tracking number.
Our team tries it's best to ship out your purchases within 48 hours however there can be delays of up to 5 days for shipment to begin. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.
Our products take 4-10 business days for free delivery to Asia, North America, Australia and the EU. Other locations (UAE, Africa, South America etc) can take longer 10-20 days. Please monitor the delivery with the tracking number and contact us if a month has passed without your delivery arriving.
