Terrible products, both. The hoover makes a lot of noise but hardly sucks, and the seller wasn't helpful at all. Returned after logging a dispute. Seller told me to cancel the dispute to get my money back from them as they didn't want to pay for the return. Very shady. still waiting for refund, after shelling out 45 euro to return the 2 products.
Dear, I received a non-working vacuum cleaner, and if you decide so, I will return it with everything that was sent to me. FYI - Your link in the email is not working. The fact that you cannot confirm the poor, non-working quality of the vacuum cleaner is not my problem. Please send me a pre-paid return shipping label. The seller must pay for the return. The seller's belief that this low price justifies selling a non-working device is untenable.
